Aussie Air Benders | Magnetic Air Deflector - Australian Made and DIY | 4 Sizes (Air Diverter)

Love my new Air Benders. My outdoor unit is no longer cooking the lawn in front of it.

Product was easy to assemble but use a drill with caution even on lowest setting I snapped a screw. Plenty of magnets attaches well to air conditioner unit with option for additional screws.

We have struggled which underperforming air conditioning for over 10 years. The aircon unit is situated on a narrow side and was installed prior to roof mounted units being a thing. We have had technicians service it, and the only solution offered was relocation. After several days of extreme heat recently, in desperation I started searching online and came across this product. From my start to finish the customer service I received was first class! Oliver even arranged for me to pick up the air-benders locally so that I didn’t have to suffer another 40+ degree day.
The product is of excellent quality and assembly was straightforward (59 year old female with a screwdriver for context).
The effect of the deflectors was instantaneous! The house is now cool, even at 42 degrees the improvement is significant. In addition the rooms on the side of the house that the aircon is situated are much cooler due to the hot air being redirected therefore not building up outside. I can also hang out my washing without being blasted by hot air.
I have no doubt that the improved efficiency in the unit will also lead to a reduction in running cost, so although there is an investment when purchasing, it will be recouped. At the end of the day though you can’t put a price on comfort!
Highly recommend this product and company and truly can’t thank them enough!

product was sourced for air con unit which is sitting on a high rise apartment outdoor seating/entertainment area of the unit and purchased to take the air upwards rather than straight out of the unit and into the open area of the out door area. product arrived and had to be assembled which was easy to do and follow the instructions. excellent quality of the products and everything fitted when assembled with ease. deflector placed on the unit and works a treat, has done exactly what it was purchased for and hot or cold air from the air con unit is now directed upwards and not across the outdoor balcony area of the unit. excellent result achieved.

No more hot air or neighbour’s cigarette smoke blowing into our patio area.

Thus awesome solution is easy to put to. Once is placed over the a/c generator straight away push the hot air flow to the direction of the bender and away from my windows and plants.
I’m very happy with this product, it works like it should!

The units are easy to assemble with very clear instructions. Once fitted, the hot exhaust air, which was cooking our plants, is now deflected upwards and away from the garden. The performance of the A/C unit does not seem to be affected at all. Oliver was a pleasure to deal with. This product is highly recommended.

It was very easy to assemble and install onto the outdoor units, and I love how simple it is to remove when maintenance servicing is needed. Fantastic as we have an A/C Unit inside the warehouse ... now the hot air gets directed outside rather than back in to heat up the staff !!!

Diverted air flow to the right on our balcony and is extremely effective.

 I live in the UK and imported two XL Air Benders to fit to my twin fan heat pump which is situated in a passageway near a fence. While the position of my heat pump meets the installation specification, I wanted to move the cold air away from hitting the fence and recirculating. Very impressed with the delivery, I was able to track it's location and expected arrival all the way through. The bender is a clever design and fits together easily when assembling, along with quality components it looks like it will last the life of the heat pump. The cold air is now lifted away from the fence and heads off down the passageway. I bought the magnetic bender from Clean Air Living as I didn't want to have to drill and bolt anything to my heat pump and there was nothing else like it anywhere I could find. I'm very happy with the result.

As an air conditioning company, we use Air Benders on a regular basis to fix air conditioners performance when they are installed close to a fence, on balconies or blowing hot air on bushes and trees. We love the ease of installation with the use of magnets and they come in large sizes to suit almost any unit we come across. We can keep them easily in-stock in our service vans due to the flat pack design.
Best of all the Air Benders are designed and manufactured locally in South Australia.
Cannot rate the Air Bender more highly, if you need it then you need it!
